We are Fednot, the Royal Federation of Belgian Notaries, one of the largest employers' federations of the country.
Every year, 2.5 million Belgians rely on the independent advice of a notary. At Fednot, we support notaries so they can do what they do best : help citizens at important moments in their lives.
Fednot supports notaries' offices in their day-to-day operations: providing legal advice, office management, IT solutions, training and information for the general public.
To reinforce our Customer Care departement, we are looking for a :
On-Site IT Support Agent (m/f/x)
Are you passionate about IT and ready to join a dynamic and collaborative team? As an On-Site IT Support Agent at Fednot, you will work directly on-site in our central Brussels office, providing hands-on support to around 300 users who work in the same building. Your proximity to the end-users allows you to respond quickly and efficiently, solving their technical issues face-to-face and ensuring a smooth day-to-day experience.In this role, you’ll collaborate with a young, energetic team, contributing to innovative IT projects while delivering high-quality, personalized support. We pride ourselves on fostering a positive work environment where you can grow and share your ideas, all while maintaining excellent service standards.

Where to find us?
Our offices are located at Bergstraat 30, 1000 Brussels. They are easily accessible by public transport (metro and train) and by car.
Where are you going to work?
Hybrid: In the office & Homeworking (20% to 40%).
