About Fednot

Fednot supports notaries and their collaborators by providing secure, reliable and future-oriented IT services. Together with colleagues from IT Care, Network, Windows, Facilities and Service Management teams, you will actively contribute to building the workplace of the future.

If technical challenges, user questions and continuous improvement motivate you, then this opportunity is for you.

IT Care Agent

The job…

As an IT Care Agent, you are a key point of contact for internal end-users. You ensure the smooth functioning of workplaces by providing high-quality support, combining strong technical skills with a highly customer-oriented mindset.

Without this role, end-users would lack responsive, human-centered IT support, incidents would remain unresolved longer, user satisfaction would decrease, and the quality and continuity of daily IT services would be at risk.

What you will do…

  • Be the first point of contact for colleagues, helping them every day with their IT workplace (PCs, mobile devices, meeting rooms).
  • Combine hands-on technical support with real human interaction, including on-site support when needed.
  • Work with modern IT tools and environments (Office 365, VoIP,…) and grow your technical expertise step by step.
  • Play an active role in keeping IT services reliable by properly handling, prioritizing and following up on incidents and requests.
  • Contribute to a shared knowledge base and documentation, making life easier for users and colleagues alike.
  • Gain a broader view of IT operations by collaborating closely with other IT teams and external partners.
  • Share your knowledge through informal trainings and a teaching, supportive approach.
  • Be encouraged to suggest improvements, automate where possible and help shape a better user experience.

Your profile…

  • Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field, or equivalent experience;
  • 2–3 years of experience in a Support / Service Desk role;
  • Proven knowledge of:
  • MS Windows
  • Office 365 (administration, e.g. shared mailboxes), Windows OS
  • Mobile devices (iOS, Android)
  • Active Directory / Entra / ITIL / Exchange Online is a plus.
  • Experience with VoIP systems/meeting room technologies is an asset.
  • Preferably fluent in Dutch, with a good knowledge of French and English;
  • Strong customer orientation and service mindset;
  • Dynamic, proactive and comfortable with direct contact with end-users;
  • Able to translate technical issues into clear, user-friendly language;
  • Curious and motivated to gain, over time, a global view of IT operations;
  • Team player who enjoys collaborating in a human-sized, supportive environment.

We offer…

  • A people-oriented IT role with frequent interaction across Fednot and related institutions.
  • A friendly, supportive team with a true team spirit.
  • Real autonomy for technically skilled profiles, with room to propose automation and improvements.
  • Technical mentoring to help you learn and grow.
  • A healthy work-life balance.
